Con motivo de la crisis sanitaria de la Covid-19 que estamos viviendo, desde la Unidad Covid-19 del Grupo Arpa Médica se ha querido hacer llegar a través de la Fundación Dr. Palomo una partida de test por técnica Elisa de detección de la Covid-19 al equipo de cocina del CESAL, organización de ayuda humanitaria internacional. Esta organización además de educar y formar a chicos con pocos recursos como cocineros profesionales, también se encarga de repartir más de mil comidas diarias en estos momentos tan duros provocados por la pandemia, a las personas más necesitadas de la Comunidad de Madrid desde las cocinas de Villaverde.
Por ello, el pasado viernes, el Grupo Arpa Médica y la Fundación Dr. Palomo hizo llegar a esta organización un equipo de profesionales sanitarios para que pudiesen realizar a todo su personal de cocineros el test por técnica Elisa, siendo uno de los exámenes más exhaustivos para la detección de la Covid-19. Por ello, los profesionales del Grupo Arpa Médica se trasladaron hasta el lugar para tomar muestras de sangre que posteriormente mandarían a sus propios laboratorios. Haciendo así posible que los cocineros puedan seguir trabajando con las mejores precauciones, ya que del servicio que realizan dependen muchas familias que en estos momentos tienen pocos recursos.
Desde el Grupo Arpa Médica y la Fundación Dr. Palomo se fomenta la precaución y el cuidado de la salud ante estos momentos de pandemia. Viendo así necesario la realización de estos test a trabajadores como los de la organización CESAL para que puedan seguir realizando su trabajo de la mejor manera, dando servicio a miles de personas que acuden diariamente con necesidades.
